Auntie Nat is a young and ambitious college graduate with the wrist work of a deep Louisiana creole grandmother. Her college peers coined her “Auntie” because her food made them feel like they were getting a little taste of home.
Nathalie began cooking at age 12 while standing over a step-stool at her family-owned restaurant in Baton Rouge. She was sworn into recipe secrecy by her grandmother who’s Opelousas home fills with Cajun and creole aromas every Sunday.
With a passion for warming up people’s souls by serving them tastebud-tingling dishes, she cooks each meal with fresh ingredients, flavorful spices, and most of all – love. Her food can only be enjoyed through experience.
